ConverShifts

ConverShifts are thirty minute to one hour long group talks designed to cause shifts in how people relate to common concepts, or to cause them to see newly what they couldn’t see before.  They are designed to help individuals build a strong foundation for getting the results they want in the general context of their life, as well as the specific content of business and career.

Workshops

Workshops are customizable interactive group sessions that can meet a number of objectives for participants  e.g. confront the realities of existing situations, face and avoid impending breakdowns, work more effectively in teams, and  create more supportive and uplifting work environments.

Individual Sessions

I work with individuals for defined periods of time to help them create and refine their story of what they want out of life as well as to create the structures and practices to fulfill on their ambitions.  Actively engaging in these sessions will provide the technology required to live a life of purpose and passion.

Career Consulting & Coaching

I work with managers and senior executives who feel stuck in their careers and are looking for ways to either jump start their careers or create entirely new ones.   Individuals will learn practices to craft their ambition, and build the public identity and powerful networks necessary to have a successful career.
